The Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering, Osmania University is celebrating its Golden Jubilee through out the academic year from August 2008 to June 2009. As part of this, we are planning to organize many short term courses and guest lectures in addition to the International Symposium on “Recent Advances in Communication Engineering (Race-08)” from, 20th to 23rd December, 2008.

15th September 08 - On the eve of Engineer's day, a guest lecture by Sri Raja Mannar, Chief Engineer, AP Transco, Hyderabad at 4 pm in the eclass room, University College of Engineering, on the topic " Advances in Telecom and IT in Energy sector.
