PROCEDURE FOR HOTEL RESERVATION
1. A request for hotel accommodation can be mailed to tirupathi@cimindia.net
2.
Allotment will be based on the availability and will be prioritized in order of receipt of application along with full payment.
3.
A confirmation shall be communicated to the delegate by e-mail.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy will be applicable in case a confirmed accommodation is cancelled after receiving the confirmation.
5. Any changes after confirmation of the hotel booking will be subject to availability of rooms at the hotel.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The above rates are inclusive of bed, breakfast and applicable taxes.
2.
All changes or cancellations must be made in writing & will be subject to conditions mentioned below.
3.
The number of nights booked will be based on the details provided by the delegates and there travel plans.
4. Additional services i.e. laundry, meals, Telephone calls, etc. should be settled directly with the hotel at the time of check out.
5. Should the desired hotel no longer be available, similar / alternate accommodation will be offered.
DEADLINE & CANCELLATION POLICY TOP
1. Please note that the deadline for hotel booking has been extended 10th December 2008. After this deadline, reservation will still be handled by Conference Manager however, cannot guarantee current rates published above.
2.
For cancellations received after 10th December,2008 a cancellation charge amounting to 100% of total invoice amount will be charged.
3.
Only written communication, either by fax or email regarding cancellation will be accepted
4. The date of receiving the communication shall be treated as the date for calculation of refund.
5. All refunds will be made after the Conference.
